Job Summary

Bilingual Mental Health Therapist (English/Spanish)

Florence Crittenton Services is looking for a passionate Bilingual Therapist to provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive mental health support to pregnant and parenting adolescents, young adults and their families.

In this role, you will not only provide therapy, but you will also mentor the next generation of clinicians, supervise inters and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a meaningful, lasting impact.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide individual, group & family therapy in English and Spanish.
  • Supervise and mentor graduate-level clinical interns.
  • Lead therapy groups (parenting, relationships, grief/loss, etc.).
  • Collaborate with educators, case managers and community partners.

What You Bring:

  • Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, MFT or related field.
  • Active Colorado licensure (LPC, LCSW or LMFT required).
  • At least 2 years of licensed clinical experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Strong foundation in trauma-informed care and perinatal mental health (preferred).
  • Eligibility to work in the United States for any employer.
